Visitor's Group

 

The mission of the Visitor’s group is to extend the warm hand of friendship and offer a spiritual connection to those who are unable to attend church services due to illness or physical limitation.  Volunteers offer invaluable companionship.  Whether sharing conversation, enjoying a game, or reading aloud, the visitor is a welcome and reassuring presence.  Volunteers also help by making phone calls, sending cards, and assisting with special needs.

 

The Visitor’s Group meets monthly to share their experiences and to check in with the Pastor.  Training is provided for all visitors.  Confidentiality and respect for the individual are of the utmost importance to us.

Prayer Chain​

Our church is blessed to have in place a large faithful Prayer Chain ministry, known as the prayer warriors.  This compassionate group is composed of individuals committed to praying for those in need.  So many people have been served and comforted by their efforts.
