Pathfinders Youth Group
Pathfinders Youth Group is for 7th-12th graders. At a typical Sunday night meeting, the group always has a meal together, whether it’s nibbling on sandwiches while making cookies for the Church Fair, or sitting down to a homemade lasagna made by the church family. Eating invites conversation, and conversation helps the group to get to know each other. Games, mini Bible studies, prayer, worship, and service projects are also a part of the mix.
Pathfinders typically meet on Sunday nights from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm but they also go off-site fairly often to do things, such as going on a hike, feeding the homeless at Common Cathedral in Boston, serving people locally, and helping out with church events such as leading the Good Friday service or running the Youth Room at the Church Fair. The youth also love the annual Apple Pie Overnight and March restaurant style supper that they put on. Every year, Pathfinders also go on a Spring Retreat.
